How to order

Standard sizing: If you are purchasing a standard size from our website, download and print the size chart. There are different size charts for different styles and sole shapes. You’ll find the relevant one on the style page you’re wishing to purchase. After printing, check it has printed to size. Stand on the page and work out which size fits your feet best. Select your size and add to cart.

Bespoke: If you need a pair of sandals, shoes or boots made especially for your feet, that is a bespoke order. We will need you to measure your feet for us. Click on the sample foot drawing to the right and follow the instructions carefully.

The process:

When you get shoes made to order, you get the full personalised customer attention. We will ask for foot measurements if necessary, and talk to you personally about your colour and leather choices, heel height and toe shape. If you need to wear orthotics in your shoes, we can make them to fit those too. Our prices on the website depend on the amount of work we do to make your shoes look beautiful and fit your feet.

We are not orthopedic shoemakers but we do make to measure and we can make allowances for broader fittings, orthotics and different size feet. If you have bad pain in your feet, we are not able to fix that.

When we have all your measurements and at least 20% deposit, we will put your name on our waiting list. We will let you know the time frame when you order.

The first step in making your order is pattern making. Sometimes we will make a mock up of your shoes or boots (usually for just one foot) and ask you to come in for a fitting, or we will post it to you.

Next we start the process of making. This can take a couple of weeks. You are welcome to pay off your shoes as we are making them. Contact us for details.

When your order is complete, we will contact you for the final payment.

Your order is then shipped or you can pick it up. We will provide tracking on all shipped orders.

When your order is received, please try the shoes on asap and let us know how they fit.
