RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE STORE/DIRECT PURCHASE

Pendragon offer their customers the opportunity to exchange their purchase or have a Pendragon company credit (for the amount paid for the item returned), in the case they have made the wrong choice in size or style and only in the instance that the items are returned within 30 days of purchase, undamaged and have clearly not been worn. Please fill in the Exchanges and Returns form included with your purchase. The cost and condition of the returned items are the full responsibility of the customer. Please return them in the same type of packaging as they were sent to you. We will pay the postage on the replacement items for those customers in Australia only.

In the case that any Pendragon product or material is faulty or fails within 3 months of purchase, Pendragon will repair this item at no charge. Customers will not incur a postage fee for repaired items.

In the unlikely instance a style is represented on our website as in stock but is actually out of stock, Pendragon will contact the customer directly with an estimated time the item will be made and ready for postage. In the case a customer is dissatisfied with the timeframe the customer will receive a full refund. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account due to bank processing time.

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or Pendragon credit.

Returns can be sent from our nearest Australia Post Office. We recommend registered post as as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

BESPOKE – Made to Order

Pendragon will not exchange or refund on Bespoke – Made to Order items, if the customer has provided incorrect measurement details or have changed their mind on style or colour.
Pendragon will only remake orders that are ill fitting if it is a result of manufacture.

Pendragon Boot Company LAY-BY terms and conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before entering into a lay-by agreement with us.

Terms and conditions

You must fill out our Lay-by agreement form and include the following information.

  • a description of the goods
  • the transaction date
  • a unique lay-by order number
  • the total price
  • the amount of any deposit paid
  • the date the final payment is due  (the maximum length of the lay-by is six weeks unless otherwise arranged with us by email)
  • cancellation and refund policies.
  • Indication by ticking the box that you have read the terms and conditions.

Keeping records

Both parties should keep up-to-date records of all lay-by transactions to prevent any misunderstandings.

The record should include:

  • the consumer’s name
  • a description of the goods
  • the transaction date and the date the final payment is due.
  • a unique lay-by order number
  • details of the deposit and payments made.
  • If making a bank deposit or PayPal payment please identify yourself with your name and or lay-by order number.
  • Please email us when you have made your final payment.
  • Please print the Lay-by agreement form and keep it for the duration of the lay-by.

Cancelling a lay-by agreement

If the consumer cancels the lay-by, or fails to meet their obligations under the agreement, we may charge a termination fee of 5% of the total cost of the item being purchased. Any balance paid will be returned to the consumer. If payments made by the consumer to date do not cover our reasonable costs, we may recover the outstanding amount as a debt.

Pendragon can’t cancel a lay-by agreement unless there are circumstances outside of our control. For example, we cannot simply decide to withdraw the goods from sale.

The data we collect is handled sensitively, securely and with proper regard to privacy. Pendragon Shoes does not disclose, distribute or sell the data we collect from our clients to third parties. This site uses a feature of your web browser known as “cookies” to store information and identify you to the system while your on a session. No personal details are contained in the cookies.
